From a fascinating visit by the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary to pancake fun on Shrove Tuesday and World Book Day celebrations, Reception has had an action-packed week! With storytelling, outdoor learning, and creative activities, the children embraced every moment of fun and discovery.
We built race tracks for our toy cars, cut out shapes to make a bus, and enjoyed the outdoors—digging, building, and adding to our bug hotel!
Wow!! What a very busy, busy, busy first half term we have had in ‘big’ school! And now we are raring to go with what we know will be another very exciting albeit busy term!
We have had a super exciting first week back at school full of learning and fun! We have had lots of fun sharing our new book… Whatever Next! by Jill Murphy.
